Located close to Rogue River, this stunning space was just built and completed in January 2020, making everything brand new, including the beds, appliances, TV, linens, and pillows. You can expect nothing but the best as this space is upscale and exudes luxury. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy this super nice and very welcoming atmosphere.
The space
The Loft (Unit A) is a two-story home. You are living upstairs with two beds, two baths, full kitchen, living room, JUMBO 75″ TV, electric Fireplace, private balcony and laundry room with Samsung washer and dryer. Everything is brand new, the house, the black stainless upscale appliances, beds, sheets, absolutely everything! Ultra Nice! All to yourself no shared spaces!

Entire House is yours! Beds, Bathrooms, Living Rooms, Kitchen, Dining Area, Electric fireplace, Washer and Dryer, Game Table and Chairs!
Other things to note
- Secured parking on premises. Extra cars can park in the street
- Umbrella is available downstairs in the entryway
- Please “NO SMOKING” in the building, its ok outside.
- Deluxe Air Mattress available if requested, please ask.
- We have Roku TV, it has different kinds of channels like NETFLIX, HULU, SLING, YOUTUBE, etc.
- Brand New Refrigerator has ice maker and filtered water
