Pulling into the driveway you will see a really cool retro 1973 Fleetwood trailer that has been completely rebuilt to look like a Dr Seuss comic book house with a beautiful front porch and two log cabin rocking chairs. Upon walking into the main floor of the home you will be in the kitchen area perfect cooking space with all brand-new appliances, plates, utensils etc. To the left will be the upstairs master bedroom with a queen size bed and a 65” TV, the closet has a guest privacy safe for your valuables. Next you walk into a large open space, two-story home, to the right is the dining room it boasts a 10-foot long, custom made Log Cabin Dining Table that seats eight guests comfortably with an amazing view overlooking the Famous Rogue River. To the left of the dining room is a spacious living room fully furnished including two Futon sofas that easily convert into queen size beds, a work space with a desk, a 65” TV and again an amazing view of the River, you will feel like you are on the deck of a cruise ship! There is also a spiral staircase that takes you down to the super cool second bedroom, this room has its own bathroom, queen size bed and a private deck with a gas fire table. The grounds are amazing with walking paths through the space and night lights to help you get around the half acre all manicured yard. If you’re lucky you will see Big Foot himself staring back at you! This property is a fantasy wonderland with fun for the whole family.
